Can I have more than one figure in a poster?

Sorry, we don't have multiple figure templates available for display on the website currently, but you can contact us at care@myperfectposter.com before placing your order and we will check if your requested order can be created.

Can I preview the artwork before it gets printed?

Yes, you can. All customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing. We'll email you once your preview is ready.

We'll give you a 3-day window to preview your artwork before we send it off for printing automatically.

Is the photo submitted by me good enough to use?

If you followed our Photo Guide, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use.

We strive to produce an exceptional artwork for you. Our designers meticulously review every photo submission, and if necessary, we may request an alternative image to achieve the best result. While this process may cause some delay, it ensures the final artwork meets our standards.

Please note that if you refuse to provide a new photo after we have informed you that the original photo may not result in the best quality artwork, then we cannot refund you. It's your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the photo you provide.

Once you have finalized your photo selection, we cannot modify it during the design stage. Kindly note that our unlimited revisions policy does not cover photo changes.

Can I replace the submitted picture after placing my order?

Once your photo has been submitted, we are unable to replace it with a new one. We kindly recommend consulting our photo guide for guidance on selecting the most suitable photos. Please take note that our policy of unlimited revisions does not extend to photo changes. However, there's no need to worry, as our dedicated designers thoroughly evaluate each submitted photo. If deemed necessary, they may kindly request an alternative image to achieve the optimal result. While this process may cause some delay, it ensures the final artwork meets our standards.

Can the pose and the background be customized?

We add the face present in the photo submitted by you to the costume shown in the mockups. We don't make any changes to the pose, costume, background or figure.

Do you just do cats and dogs?

Our team can create renaissance/modern themed portraits for animals of any species or breed.

However, please note that our collection of pet magazine covers is exclusively designed for dogs and cats. If you have any specific magazine cover requirement, please contact us at care@myperfectposter.com.

What are the shipping charges?

No need to be worried about extra shipping charges. Free delivery on all orders.

When will I receive my order?

Artwork Creation Time
  • Expect your portrait to be ready for preview within 3-4 business days after placing your order.
  • We will send it for printing within 24 hours of your approval.
Printing and Shipping time
  • We will print and ship your order within 4-5 days after your approval.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the unique and customized nature of each order, returns or refunds are not accepted.

However, if you encounter any issues with your order, kindly contact us, and we will promptly resolve them for you.

Keep in mind that we provide artwork previews and offer unlimited revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final artwork before it goes into printing!

What are the poster dimensions available?

Our framed posters are available in A4 and A3 size.
